why compromise? when you were wise-cracking I was not sure what your thinking was...but now I know you get what it was designed to do: Solve the problem you just outlined. I had the same problem. So did my friends, so it seemed like a good idea.

I designed this kit for myself, primarily. I want:

1] light, stock rims.
2] inexpensive, but very effective and properly sized tires.
3] as big a brake as I can fit under that rim without having to spend more for spacers, which I don't want anyways, and longer studs and the installation costs of banging 10 studs out and pulling them in.
4] and some other benefits, like the venting direction on the rotor is the stock Nissan direction, which I like better.

Disclaimer: Some people have confused myself, Michael Smith of MWS Motorsports with Mike Smith of MS Performance / Jim Wolf Technologies, featured in Mike Kojima's Sport Compact Car magazine Project Z articles. While the comparison is flattering, it is important to make the distinction. Please help spread the word by always try to refer to each "Mike Smith" by their respective companies.
